Please note that the machine was tested for basic power only. There are some coffee grounds on the machine and inside consistent with light previous use. When opening and closing the lid of the machine, it has a little trouble and gets kind of stuck. It should still not affect the overall function of the item. Please note that there are no pods included
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
