Item arrived brand new sealed but was opened due to having box damage in the corner. Monitor was briefly tested to ensure there's no damage internally. Upon inspection, there is a dead pixel slightly off-center towards the right, and a plain white screen shows slight distortion/fuzziness. Please see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
