There are some minor scuffs/scratches on some of the pieces as a result from shipping. There is no hardware at all which customer will require purchasing in order to build/assemble the item. Please also note that there are not enough cushions to cover both 2 seater loveseats and customer will require cushions in order to use the entire item comfortably. this item is missing its instruction manual meaning we are unable to confirm if all pieces for assembly are present, this means that the entire set may not be present however by the parts present we can tell one of the loveseats could be assembled. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
