Please note that this item arrived refurbished but upon testing by staff there appears to be an issue with the item where it cannot play games. staff tested with physical & digital games but the same issue occured where they would start for a short time before crashing followed by crashing the immediately upon launching. Likely a hard drive issue and this may be able to be repaired by professionals or specially skilled bidders. Upon additionaly testing the item can play games from external hard drives(not included) but this does not work for games that are optimized for xbox series x/s, these games are labeled on the microsoft store. This does not appear to effect media use as streaming, dvd and blu-ray discs function normally, recommended for use with Media only. Please be aware of these issues prior to placing bids. see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
