The monitor powers on and functions as intended, with 4K display, inputs, speakers, and smart features all verified. There is a noticeable hole on the rear panel, likely caused by detachment from a wall or stand mount during prior handling. This defect is cosmetic only and does not affect the screen’s performance or stability when placed on a stand or properly remounted. Ports and controls remain intact, and no internal components are exposed. Light surface marks from storage may be present; see photos for full cosmetic details.

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
