Manufacture code date:02534 upon inspection we have found no manual for this item meaning we are unable to confirm if this item has all parts for assembly, however it does seem the vital parts for assembly are present. their are some fraying marking on this item, this seems to be due to shipping and handling. we have tested this item for power and can confirm its working.

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
