Item shows signs of being previously used and tried out prior to being returned. There are some minor scuffs/scratches as a result from previous use/shipping. Customer may need additional hardware to reassemble item. Upon inspection we determined that the battery is dead and customer will need to replace the battery prior to being able to use the item. As a result from this that is why the item is being marked "as-is"
