Set is missing the battery for the collar, which is replaceable. Because of this, we were unable to test it. Traces of dirt on the flags and some bent at the ends due to prior use. Main unit tested for basic power only. King of the North Auction does not advocate the use of shock collars for training animals. Please be advised that these items can cause physical and emotional distress to your pet, especially with improper use. We recommend using these on the vibration setting because it is still effective for training and discipline purposes but does not cause harm to the animal.
