item has dust/dirt on foot pads & wheels from previous use. Items charging cord is a replacement one still works as it should. Small crack on the one side, doesn't affect use of item, may need to be taped over to stop debris from going in (see photos) tested for power and function
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
