theirs some blemish's on the back, this seems to be due to manufacturing, this can be cleaned off with all purpose cleaner. item has been tested for power and the light seems to turn on and off rapidly, we are unsure if this is a issue with the item or if testing isn't done properly as we are not experts with this item. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
