missing grinder lid & frother tip both can be replaced. Item has some coffee mess inside unit from previous use. Item should be cleaned before use (see photos) item was tested for power only. This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturers operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
