New inside, but we cut open the strap to pull out the manual and inspect parts manifest to determine what can be built As this is part of a multibox set, we are missing some pieces. We have enough to build two armless chairs, however there is only 2 side covers, both can be used separate with one each or together as a loveseat to hide the gap.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
