The microwave's turntable wheel track, which rotates the round glass plate, is broken, causing the plate not to spin. The turntable wheel track has to be replaced in order to use the product. The door is difficult to open and requires extra effort. There are visible oil stains on the top and sides. Additionally, the original manual is missing from the packaging. The unit has been tested for power and heating functions only. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
