**Tested for power, basic suction (item sticks to a flexible wall but this is not its intended use).** Item does not include cleaning solution and a different bottle is in its place, there is a small piece of styrofoam stuck to one side, item has residual water droplets in the reservoir likely due to factory testing, see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
