The liquid solution and the manual is missing from the original packaging. Please note that there are dirt stains on the sides and on the back side of the vacuum. There are minor scratch marks on the handle/sides from previous use. There are dirt/hair residue on the floor brush. Tested for power and motor function only. (Please see photos)
