There are light scuffs and markings/dust on the outside of the unit. There is a crack on the side. Please note that this garbage disposal does not include the standard US plug attachment for a wall outlet, it must be hardwired or you will need to purchase the wall outlet attachment separately. This product could not be tested due to the nature of the item. (SEE PHOTOS)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
