Please note that there are multiple scratch marks in the center of the screen, covering an area approximately 5" x 5" from previous use. Minor scratches are also present near the HDMI port and on the base stand. Generic hardware is required for the base stand to be installed, and the user manual is missing from the original packaging. The unit has been tested for power and functionality. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
