Item appears new but has a few issues: - The bottom panel has broken off during transport and hangs from the bottom edge. Wiring appears intact and fastened, and has the potential to be reattached. - Part of the back panel has popped off. - There is a ~2" scratch near the middle and bottom edge that is on the factory seal/screen protector. We are unable to check if this actually affects the screen below without peeling off the protector. - Part of the display is detached from the damage on the bottom edge, but upon testing, the display itself appears to work normally. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
