There are dust/hair residue on the main floor brush, the tool brush and there are dirt stains on the dirt tank and water stains on the water tank. There are scratch marks on the extension pole and there scratch mark on the sides. Recommended to be cleaned before use. Tested for power and motor function only. (Please see photos)
