The patio set appears to be in overall good condition, with the frame and tabletop showing no visible damage or wear. However, the cushions have some dirt and hair residue, indicating prior use; the covers may benefit from a thorough cleaning. The metal structure is sturdy, all components are intact, and the tempered glass tabletop is free of cracks or chips. All three pieces are present and functional, making this a solid and complete set—please refer to photos for a detailed view of cosmetic condition.
