Item shows signs that it might have been previously assembled and tried out prior to being returned or just partially assembled. Item is being marked "as is" for a variety of reasons which includes, the front forks are bent (one side more than the other), the front tire is missing, there is some hardware missing, the ac adapter plug is missing, the battery itself is dead (no way to charger it) and it actually might need replacing as the power button on it is pushed inwards and pretty much unable to be turned on. There also may be minor scratches/scuffs on various parts of the item as a result from previous use/shipping/storage.
