Please be aware that this item arrived with signs of previous installation and light use. the installation wires are lightly frayed which shows this. additionally this item arrived without the mounting base & the installation hook and string but these are not required for use and they can likely be replaced. tested for basic power only as the item must be hard wired to be fully tested, see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
