there are light signs of use on the unit, such as compression markings on the chair back and dirt on the base and wheels and one of the metal pieces being dented and scuffed. we were unable to find a instruction manual for this item meaning we are unable to confirm if all vital pieces for assembly are present, however it does seem that the vital pieces for assembly are present .see photos
