The hose reel is fully functional and operates as intended, including the crank mechanism and hose storage. However, there is a chipped area on the top lid near the hinge mechanism. The interior components and reel operate smoothly, and the base remains stable. Overall, aside from the noted defect, the item is in good working condition. Please refer to all images for a complete view of the damage and overall condition.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
