**Tested for power, throttle, brake, and light function.** Item has light wear throughout, minor scrapes/tears on the deck, some dust/dirt on the wheels from previous gentle use, see photos. Item does not include an additional deck, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
