Upon inspection we have found that this item is missing the manual meaning we are unable to confirm if all the vital pieces for assembly are present, the main control monitor is missing, all other parts for this item seem to be present. we have found some slight scuffing and fraying on the metal parts of this item, see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
