The printer powers on and all primary functions are responsive. Magenta and yellow toner print correctly without issues; however, blue (cyan) and black toner do not appear on the printed page, despite toner being present. This may indicate a printhead or internal component issue related to those color channels. All other features—including Wi-Fi connectivity, touchscreen interface, duplex printing, and paper feed—function as intended. The exterior is in good condition with minimal cosmetic wear. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
