Please be aware that this item arrived appearing brand new but upon inspection the item is missing a number of the accessories normally included. This includes the spinning main brush, the spinning side brushes, the mop pad cloths and the base filter piece. these are required for use but All the missing pieces can be replaced. tested for basic power and function only.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
