Item appears new, however there is some screen fading on left hand side which is visible in some low light colours. The display looks okay no dead pixel present and the item is fully functional. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
