Item has several scuffs/scratches/markings along its exterior and near the keyboard, minor streaks on and around the display from previous use, see photos. Item does not include a keycap for the down arrow key however the switch still activates and the down arrow still functions normally when the switch is pressed, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition).

This item appears to have been used for its purpose more than multiple times beyond our companies’ standards of lightly used/handling.
