Prior to testing, item showed signs of light wear on tires and markings by the screw holes for the handlebars from previous use. Set is missing the travel bag and may require additional generic hardware. We are unable to fully test the item due to there being an unknown problem - we cannot determine if the battery is faulty or if there is something else mechanically wrong, and we were only able to charge the scooter for less than 2 hours to full charge. Please see photos.
