Upon inspection we have found that the plastic pieces that attach the metal legs to the massage bed has some broken pieces that will need to be hot glued, the leg piece for the stool also has some white scuffs that seem to be from shipping and handling, the broken pieces are inside the box as seen in the photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
