Please be aware that this item arrived without a number of the pieces it is meant to come with. the plastic guide piece for the base station, the disposable vac bag, the mop pads, and other non-essential cleaning supplies were not included but these can all be replaced. Item also arrived with a significant amount of wear and signs of use. staff was able to test for power, suction, mobility, return to base, charging, and wifi/app connectivity.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
