Item shows signs of being previously setup and tried out prior to being returned. Item tested and working. However, during our testing we noticed lines throughout the entire monitor from top to bottom. On top of that while being plugged into an hdmi cable, time to time the screen would just go blank (we are unsure whether or not this is an issue with the monitor or the oneconnect box. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on some parts of the item as a result from previous use/shipping. Please see the attached photos to see the lines throughout the monitor that we are talking about as well as any other issue that we have found and the accessories included with the item.

We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).

Payment & pick-up deadline: Saturday April 19th at 5:00 pm
Warranty deadline: two weeks from date of pickup
