Item shows signs of being previously assembled and tried out prior to being returned. The one front headlight doesn't illuminate and there are scuffs/scratches on parts of the item as a result from previous use/shipping. Customer will be required to re-assemble parts of the item that were taken apart previously and may also need some additional hardware in order to do so. See attached photos.
