Please be aware that this item arrived packaged in a different item's box. our listing is for the correctt item. additionally this item arrived without the stand and the mounting piece for the stand, it appears the mounting piece was removed but this is not requred for use. additionally this item can use a vesa monitor mount instead if this piece cannot be replaced. There is also clear signs of wear and minor cosmetic damage to the frame and there appears to be some colour issues with the left side of the screen but nothing that should significantly effect use. see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
