item does not come with a manual so we have no way to guarantee that all the poles are accounted for; these are easily replaceable (with dowels for example or even ropes for a fun DIY project). We think that all the poles are accounted for and item should be usable as is with ony some of the poles. the bins al seem to be in good condition
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
