There are scratches and dust/debris on the vacuum and charging station. There are water droplets in the tank. When testing, the vacuum was able to charge, move from the base and the rollers and suction functioned, however the vacuum stopped in place and did not return to the base when the return home button was pressed. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
