Please note that this product has been heavily used. The hose rinse tool and manual are missing from the original packaging. There are water stains on the water tank, and heavy dust/dirt residue on the dirt tank. The product will need to be thoroughly cleaned before use. It has only been tested for power and motor function. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
