Item has some dirt/dust markings along the underside and wheels, as well as on the deck from previous use, see photos. Item's throttle does not function. It may be possible to repair/replace the throttle however the manufacturer does not sell replacement throttles. Item can still be used as a normal (albeit heavy) scooter, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
