This item is in new condition but the seal on the original package or box has been previously opened for an unknown reason or the retail tags that should be on it was removed. The contents will either be still in sealed bags and or cords untouched which is completely new. Or the contents can be in appears new condition but the bags have been previously opened and/or contents have been handled unwrapped.
