Item appears new but has a few cosmetic issues: there is a dent on the inside of the main unit from the lid on the front left corner (while looking at item from the front), one of the speakers has a small dent on its top side edge, and there is a manufacturing flaw on the back of the lid on the right side where there is some excess plastic, as well as minor scuffs underneath. Some of these cosmetic flaws may be due to the fact that the item is missing its inner packaging. Please see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
