The item has scuffs and scratches around it from previous use. We are unable to test this item and unsure if they power on. When plugged in they do not move/make any noise. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected/tested by our staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and it appears to be in excellent condition. However, this item appears to have been lightly tried once or a few times then returned to a major retailer. (See any photos attached)
