please note this item has been previously used. there is some coffee residue as well as a few scratches on the exterior indicating previous use. the issue is that there is a slight crack on the lid of the water reservoir, this should not affect the use of the item *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* Item has been handled/inspected by our staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and a noticeable issue has been found.
