There are signs of previous use. The manual and the hdmi cable are missing from the original packaging. a third party hdmi cable has been provided. There are minor scratch marks on the stand and near the HDMI port from previous use. May require generic hardware to install the product. Tested for power and functionality. (Please see phoots)
