However, this item appears to have been lightly tried once or a few times then returned to a major retailer. (See any photos attached) This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. **Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues.
