The product has already been assembled. Please note that the charging station and the laptop from previous use. The remote and the car cannot be paired after several attempts. There are minor dirt residue on the wheels. Tested for basic power only. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
