It appears that this solar panel has been installed before. it is missing assembly hardware and accessories, we only have what is shown below. Some of the plastic pieces around the edges of the item have been cracked or slightly broken. There is also some very minor scratches on the surface of the item as a result from previous use/shipping. We are unable to test the item due to it's nature. See attached photos.
