one of the sleeves was opened and the top two rolls were out of the sleeve upon arrival, there are a couple of damaged stickers on each roll but the rest still appear to be new and the ink is still in the center of this roll, the other roll is still sealed *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
