Please note that there are signs of previous use. The product came in a repackaged box, and the manual is missing, but it can be downloaded from https://www.seattlecoffeegear.com/pages/product-resource/breville-barista-express-product-resources. The cleaning tool, as highlighted by the red circle in the second image, has been broken but can be easily replaced. There are minor dents near the coffee dispensing area and around the pressure gauge, likely from previous use. Additionally, there are minor scratch marks on the metal tray’s sides. There are water stains and coffee residue from previous use. The product has been tested for basic power functionality only.(Please see photos)
